| Job Description: | a. He will analyze data and lab test results to determine causes of problem and develop solutions. b. He will design and supervise the testing of materials in road / branch construction and ensure effective control over the procedures. c. He will plan and implement lab operator for the purpose of developing material and technical procedures that meets the Client / consultant’s standards. d. He will evaluate technical specifications and economic factors in maintaining a laboratory and conduct of various tests. e. He will ensure the quality of sub-base and aggregate base course material as per the general spec provided by the Client. f. He will ensure that asphaltic Job Mix Formula (JMF) is as per the standard of the Client. g. He will supervise the collection of soil, concrete and asphalt for lab testing. h. He will prepare and submit check request for the work done on site. i. He will ensure regular repair and maintenance of lab equipment. j. He will outsource, supervise and scrutinize steel and bitumen test carried out in market. k. He will supervise related tests during and after Asphalt laying to ensure that standards are followed. l. Any other task assigned by superiors |
