| Job Description: | a. Calculate and ensure quantum of work is executed as per design and prepare IPC. b. Responsible for preparation of rate analysis. c. Prepare price / forecast the cost of the different material needed for the project. d. Measure and value the work done on site. e. Prepare all type of claims for timely submission. f. Conduct and prepare rate analysis for all materials. g. Undertake necessary visit to project site and ensure progress updates. h. Prepare and submit the bar bending (design of steel) schedule to consultants for execution of structure. i. Ensure payments record from the Clients and clearance of outstanding dues. |
