| Job Description: | a. Collect survey data / information from the project site and prepare shop drawings / sketches, using computer-oriented applications. b. Analyze and prepare cross sections of road, retaining walls and breast walls etc. c. Maintain complete files of drawings / sketches of projects for record keeping. d. Calculate BOQ’s of the cross sections of various works on project in consultation with Chief Quantity Surveyor (CQS). e. Responsible for updating software, drawings, and other documents. f. Ensure that drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles. g. He is responsible for communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects. h. He will visit sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs. |
