Snr / Manager HR

Job Description: • Analyzing the compensation policies and salary package provided by the competitor and in the market and ensure that they are attractive to retain the existing staff and to draw the attention of talented people from market • Competitive / Enrich Medical insurance benefit / policies • Supervision of Gratuity & Pension affairs/ Provident Fund affairs • Support in managing the overall Presentations of HR Dte • Monitor Commercial audit in C&B • Prepare HR presentation on requirement basis • Design and update HRMS matters of HR Dte • Coord with IT Dte for continuous back and front end dev for improvement • Keep Director informed about all activities, important events. • Ensure constant monitoring and analysis of local markets and formulating HR Strategy accordingly. • Organize learning and development programs • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations • Any other task assigned by the superiors.

Experience Required:  16-20 yrs Preferably 16 yrs in T&D, C&B and HR Operations of multinational organization
