| Job Description: | a. Develop project specific construction management plan. b. Ensure work plans are coordinated with Client and Sub-Contractor(s). c. Perform pre-construction planning work prior to field mobilization. d. Lead and manage the site construction management staff. e. Monitor overall construction and progress, cost, quality, scope and safety. f. Manage and mitigate construction work risk. g. Report variances and take action to address negative variances. h. Report construction progress and cost to Client. i. Lead construction project performance review meetings. j. Manage interfaces between the design engineer and the construction contractor. |
