Data Entry Operator

Job Description: • Typing reports / letters and documents. • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible. • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. • Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues. • Maintain office record and filling system. • Ensure office workflow procedures. • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

Degree/Education:  Bachelor / Diploma in relevant field
Experience Required:  7-10 yrs Experience OR Ex-Army Person from Corps of Engr/EME
