| Job Description: | • To prepare and submit reports including PMR, e-PMR and e-PMS on execution plan. • To ensure payments record from the clients and clearance of outstanding dues. • To calculate & ensure quantum of work done as per design. • Responsible for preparation of rate analysis. • Prepare price / forecast the cost of the different material needed for the project. • Prepare tender document, contract budget bills of quantities and other documents. • Measure and value the work done on site. |
