| Job Description: | • Monitoring and Evaluation of all projects with regards to their financial health. • Ensure quality control on project site through physical inspections / visits. • Ensure scrutiny and rationality of prior approval and additional labour demands received from all Groups against Project execution plan and to get approval of competent authority. • To ensure of scrutiny and analysis of employment of hired plants / equipment against output and obtain necessary sanction from competent authority. • Ensure checking / vetting of demands of Construction materials, explosives, bitumen, steel and cement as per project execution plan / BOQs. • Follow up of reports and ensure maintenance of records related to all projects • Ensure analysis and timely submission of Project update and project expenditure summaries. • Ensure that each employee of this branch is performing his duties as per his charter. • Ensuring that each project is being updated regularly on e-PMS and forward observations accordingly. |
