General Manager Business Development

 
Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative, business development professional (Pakistani national, preferably female) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have sufficient experience of building relationships in construction industry with a proven track record. The General Manager Business Development is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients, project managers, designers, consultants and concerned stakeholders. The General Manager Business Development responsibilities include identifying opportunities in construction industry in market and government departments, attract serious investment into organization’s projects and be adept at negotiating business deals and able to make sound decisions that will benefit the organization. • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. • Meeting with potential investors to present organization’s offerings and negotiate business deals. • Collaborating with organization’s executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities. • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase organization’s profits. • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers. • Recruiting, training and guiding business development staff. • Providing insight into project development and competitive positioning.
