Front Desk Manager

 
Job Description: • Schedules / Trains & Supervises front office staff • Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously and keep update info • Enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies • Ensure implementation of all policies • Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting • Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful

Degree/Education:  Graduation Executive / Professional diploma (hospitality/ tourism) Computer Proficient
Experience Required:  3 Years past experience in renowned hotel / resorts Good Communication skills
