Assistant Manager (Coordination)

Job Description: • Assist Manager in ongoing tasks of Operation & Management Directorate and preparing and maintaining meeting materials, business presentations and other department files. • The tasks involves monitoring, scheduling, organizing and participating in stake holder meeting, visits, operations, ensuring deadlines and meeting in timely manner. • Resolves Administrative and Human Resource problems by analyzing information, identifying and communication solutions. • Creates and revises systems and procedures of complaints, accident and incident reports by analyzing operating practices on motorways. • Maintains system by directing and controlling technical aspects in accordance with litigation cases.

Degree/Education:  • Min MBA with Administration skills
Experience Required:  • Min 3 years experience in Administration & Coordination • MS Office with excellent presentation skills, Reports & Correspondence.
