Contract Manager

 
Job Description: • Collection of Prequalification documents from clients / sponsors. • To attend pre-bid and progress meetings to discuss different issues related to on going and new projects. • Coordination / correspondence with client / consultants on issues related to on going and new projects. • Check, scrutinize and finalize the rate analysis prepared by CQS based on market / CSR / MES-SOR to be incorporated in bids for different projects. • Processing and monitoring of insurance policies and claims related to all projects. • Ensure submission of reports and returns. • Searching of new projs and liaise with diff clients frequently to obtain information. • Analyzing and evaluating contractual issues and disputes. • Providing contractual guidelines incl risk analysis of contract provisions. • Oversee organizational contract development and management activities, and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance. • Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions. • Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, organizational needs and expectations.

Degree/Education:  • M.Sc (Engr). • Should be registered with PEC.
Experience Required:  • Having 7 years’ experience in the field of infrastructure and have managed mega projs • Overall resp for obtaining the nec proj resource to plan and execute the work.
