Assistant Manager (Legal)

Job Description: • To prepare and do preliminary review of all contracts, agreements and all legal documents for further internal review and approval and ensure compliance with company policies as well as laws. • To prepare periodical report on contracts executed for updation of the management. • To translate commercial/legal obligations of the parties under contracts into action plan whenever required and follow them up for their execution. • Follow up and report on timely renewal of various licenses, approvals, permits and NOC etc. • Knowledge of PPRA rules and FIDIC.
