| Job Description: | • Adequate knowledge of contract clauses, specially related to UAE • Supervision / Preparation of tender bids • Knowledge to study client contract drawing / specification and incorporation of same in the bids • Eval of specialized work in comparison with prevailing market rates • Negotiation skills for subcontracting |
