Senior Manager HR

 
Job Description: • To build HR functional capacity by developing and maintaining human resource systems, policies and procedures for each section. • To guide and supervise HR Sections in attainment of HR goals. • Identify areas to introduce new HR initiatives. • To ensure effective development and updation of HR module on ePMS • To ensure FWO HR compliance with all relevant labor laws and employment regulations. • To ensure effective management of HR Department and staff • Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Area of Interest:  Human Resource
Location:  Rawalpindi   
Degree/Education:  • A minimum of 10 years work experience in the relevant field with atleast 3 years in a similar position, preferably in construction industry. • Preference will be given to retd Lt Col / Maj
Experience Required:  • MBA in HRM • Additional courses / trainings on HR / HSE will be preferred
