| Job Description: | • To build HR functional capacity by developing and maintaining human resource systems, policies and procedures for each section. • To guide and supervise HR Sections in attainment of HR goals. • Identify areas to introduce new HR initiatives. • To ensure effective development and updation of HR module on ePMS • To ensure FWO HR compliance with all relevant labor laws and employment regulations. • To ensure effective management of HR Department and staff • Any other task assigned by the supervisor |
