Senior Manager Finance |
| Job Description: | a. Preparation of annual budget of the organization. b. Monthly/ Quarterly budget review along with variance analysis. c. In depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Tax Laws, Corporate Laws. d. Preparation and timely submission of management reports. e. Facilitation and assistance in timely completion of external & internal audit and settlement of audit paras. f. Finalization of financial Statements of the organization. g. Reconciliation of receivables and payable on a monthly & redemption. h. Supervision of Bank Guarantees issuance, confirmation & redemption. i. Liaison with external stakeholders. j. Any other task assigned by Director Finance. |
