Assistant Manager / Junior Manager HR

 
Job Description: 1. Custodian of hard files of all FWO civ emp 2. Scanning of all civ emp docus and uploading to HRIS 3. Coord with IT Dte for deployment of HRMS 4. Implementation of Cyber Security Measure 5. Strong coord with IT Dte for continuous back and front end dev for sys improvement 6. Work alongside with IT Dte to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS 7. Updating hard record on HRIS to promote paperless environment 8. Update HRIS matters of HR Dte 9. Update HR dashboards on regular basis 10. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Degree/Education:  MBA (HR)
Experience Required:  1–5 years of experience in relevant field. Preferably in T&D and HR Operations.
