Office Supdt

 
Job Description: a. Supervise staff for routine office work. b. Maintain record of the incoming files in the company and store them properly using some suitable and appropriate reference code. c. He should maintain indexed record of location of files in some electronic system for easy access. d. Should help the employee in location the files accessing the location and make the files avail at their desk. e. They also have the responsible of making changes in the existing file management system to match the current requirement. f. Perform a periodic inspection of the logs of files avail with them and eliminate or move the unwanted and old documents to other places. g. They have to maintain confidential files and make sure that nobody is making illegal use of the info. h. Photocopying, sorting and filing the documents is also one of the major responsibility. i. Prepare monthly reports. j. Any other task assigned by the supervisor
